I think this is from the shop at The One opposite Sunshine Square.

I tried only one thing, which is the steamed hor fun with fish. (see edit below, I've tried more!)

Looks nice, but does not taste so nice. It came with some greenish chilli/sambal instead of cili padi (which I might have preferred). I actually had difficulty finishing it. It is unfortunate, because we seldom find steamed hor fun...

Maybe other dishes might be better, since I remember liking their noodles at The One.

Update (29 March 2025):

Tried their pork leg rice. Not bad, the chilli is nice.

Pak Tam mee udang

A famous stall that I have never visited. So I took the chance to try it out at Bayana. (This seems to be one of the rare stalls that doesn't have its price marked up compared to the original branch.) The mee kuah udang tastes the best.  (that's a bowl, not a shallow plate) The dry version below is less good. The cucur udang, which is really crispy, but I don't feel it is that good...pretty normal. And nasi goreng udang, on a day when I didn't feel like eating noodles. The nasi goreng is not that special, but the four prawns came with some kuah, and mixing that into the rice made it a lot better. (It's all about the prawny gravy!)
